Job Title: Sr. Inside Sales Executive

Location: Pune (Balewadi)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make sales and marketing calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with clients such as Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, and System Integrators, as well as field executives, to schedule meetings, demos, and other sales activities.
  • Update all communication, meetings, and quotations on Zoho CRM.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align customer needs with business objectives.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support throughout the sales process.
  • Meet assigned sales and non-sales targets post-training period.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or home automation industry.
  • Proficiency in basic English communication.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in at least one regional language — Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Telugu.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.

Compensation:

  • Up to ₹5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and skills).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38, ₹45,000.00 per month
