Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Manager located in Noida. The Legal Manager will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing legal consulting, ensuring legal compliance, and managing legal affairs. The role involves day-to-day tasks of reviewing and drafting contracts, advising on legal matters, and ensuring the company's adherence to legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Law and Legal Compliance
  • Skills in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting
  • Expertise in managing Legal Affairs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field
