Senior Manager – Legal Contracts (Quality & Review)
to join our growing team and ensure that every contract we deliver meets the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.

About the Role

The Legal Quality Lead will play a critical role in managing and mentoring our legal associates, conducting in-depth reviews of first drafts, and serving as the final checkpoint for all legal deliverables. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of legal associates working on contract drafting and review.
  • Review first drafts prepared by the team and perform
    final quality checks
    before client submission.
  • Ensure legal documents are consistent, accurate, and aligned with client requirements.
  • Provide timely, professional, and constructive feedback to team members to improve drafting quality.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards, processes, and best practices across the team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and support team development.
  • Uphold a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • LL.B. or higher degree in law.
  • 5–7 years of experience in
    contract drafting, review, and quality control
    .
  • Demonstrated experience in managing or mentoring a legal team.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, etc.
  • Exceptional eye for detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional approach to feedback.
  • Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in legal-tech or contract management environments.
  • Exposure to direct client management and escalations.
