Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal & Contract Manager located in Noida. The Legal & Contract Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing legal risks, and providing legal advice. Day-to-day tasks include supporting business transactions, managing dispute resolutions, coordinating with external legal counsel, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in managing legal risks and providing legal advice
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage dispute resolutions and coordinate with external legal counsel
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)
  • Experience in the railway or transportation industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
