Senior Sales Manager – Travel & Tourism (Mumbai)

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

About Host My Trips Host My Trips is a Mumbai-based boutique travel company specializing in luxury, experiential, and group travel experiences across India and abroad. We're growing fast — and we're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to help us scale to the next level.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue and client acquisition goals.
  • Develop business strategies and sales plans aligned with company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with travel agents and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Track team performance, set targets, and motivate the team for consistent growth.
  • Represent Host My Trips in client meetings and industry events.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and travel industry insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–8 years of proven experience in Travel Sales / Corporate Sales, preferably in luxury or experiential travel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership experience managing and training a team.
  • Strong understanding of B2B travel operations.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Must be based in Mumbai.
