This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Inside Sales Representative. The individual will engage in prospecting potential clients, managing leads, and identifying business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to new and potential clients

● Build business relationships with current and potential clients to facilitate usage and

retention

● Maintain a pipeline of all leads using CRM software.

● Research and identify potential markets, leads, and opportunities

● Assist in reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn

● Support in scheduling and coordinating client meetings (virtual or in-person) Participate

in client visits when required

● Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate lead information

● Help in preparing sales reports and tracking performance

● Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute outreach strategies

● Product Demonstration Skills

● knowledge of Hindi is added advantage

● Comfortable with proactive outreach and handling objections.
