Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Accounting Services Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating procurement requests, managing purchase orders (POs), and communicating effectively with client stakeholders and suppliers. This role requires strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and flexibility to work in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate procurement requests based on client requirements
  • Create and update Purchase Orders (POs) in the client application
  • Communicate with client stakeholders and suppliers via Email, IM, and Phone
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain process efficiency
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of procurement activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, formulas, reporting)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Schedule & Location

Shift: 5:30 PM – 3:00 AM IST

Days: Monday to Friday

Work Mode: Work from office

Location: Bangalore
