Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Accounting Services Associate III with 3–5 years of experience in RTP/S2P (Request to Pay / Source to Pay) processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of procurement and accounts payable, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex vendor interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute end-to-end RTP/S2P processes including procurement and accounts payable.
  • Handle vendor correspondence professionally via email and chat.
  • Provide high-quality customer service by understanding all aspects of assigned tasks.
  • Resolve complex inquiries related to vendor payments and procurement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
  • Use CRM tools and ERP systems (preferably SAP and Ariba) for daily operations.
  • Adapt quickly to new systems and processes in a dynamic work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in RTP/S2P processes.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable workflows.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and ERP systems (SAP & Ariba preferred).
  • Ability to work flexible night shifts.
  • Quick learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a shared services or global finance environment.
  • Exposure to vendor management and compliance processes.
