Chemical Management Officer/Executive
to join our team and play a key role in ensuring safe, sustainable, and compliant chemical management practices within our textile operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain an effective Chemical Management System (CMS) aligned with
    ZDHC, GOTS, Oeko-Tex, and customer guidelines
    .
  • Ensure safe
    procurement, storage, handling, labeling, and disposal
    of chemicals.
  • Maintain updated
    chemical inventory records
    with accurate data on safety classifications and shelf life.
  • Conduct
    chemical risk assessments
    and maintain MSDS documentation.
  • Drive
    safety trainings, awareness programs, and emergency preparedness
    measures.
  • Liaise with vendors and procurement for
    ZDHC-approved and compliant chemicals
    .
  • Support
    audits, inspections, and sustainability reporting
    .
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in
    chemical waste management
    .

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Diploma in
    Chemistry, Environmental Science, Textile Technology
    , or related field.
  • 2–5 years' experience
    in chemical management within the textile or process industry.
  • Knowledge of
    ZDHC, GOTS, Oeko-Tex, REACH, and Indian safety regulations
    .
  • Strong skills in
    EHS standards, MSDS interpretation, and risk assessments
    .
  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel preferred)
    .
