Job Description: 1. Experience in Process Safety Management System for a Chemical Process Industry. Must have experience in Hazardous Material Handling, Solvent and Monomar Handling cum Storage Safety, Static Fire Protection, Transportation Safety, knowledge of TREM Card System etc 2. Understsnding and experience in Chemical Plant Fire System Designing, Hydrant Management, Fire Detection Management etc. Must understand the concept of FLP equipment, IP Type equipment, Knowledge on different variant of fire extinguisher, Foam cum water monitor usage and management. Knowledge on National Building Code 2016, Specially Chapter 4, is desirable. 3. Knowledge and understanding of State PCB /CPCB/MoEF, experince in obtaining of CTE,CTO Hazardous Authorization. Must be conversant with the applicable Air and Water Acts. 4. Knowledge and understanding of Waste Management and TSDF Management. Understanding and hands on experience in waste Water Treatment Management, like Biological ETP, STP, ZLD etc. Must be having Laboratory based working experience in analysis of COD, BOD, TSS, TDS etc. 5. Knowledge and understanding of Polar and Non Polar solvents, Flammable Gases in accordance to PESO requirement / Solvents Licensing, experience in management of solvents under explosive category is a must. 6. Knowledge and understanding of environmental Clarence Methodology with hands on experience in working either for a Green or Brown Project expected. Understanding of ToR, Public Hearing and EIA is desirable, will be an added advantage. 7. Knowledge and understanding of Factories Act 1948, Petroleum Rules, Gas Cylinder Rules, Clarity of Contractual Workmen Acts, ESI, PF rules, IE Rules Knowledge and experience on Central Ground Water Acts and thereafter obtaining of necessary approval from concerned Department. Understanding of basic Hydrological Report is required. Knowledge of Rain Water Harvesting System is also desirable. 9. Knowledge and exposure on Environment Management System / ISO 14001 and OSHAS/ ISO Certified Internal Auditor would have an additional advantage. 10. Exposure and experience in obtaining Factory Licences, Building plan approval, Factory Plan Approval, DM/ Collector//'s approval , Approval from Superintendent Engineer (Electricity) etc for all new projects as well as for Expansion projects Experience and knowledge for obtaining fire NOC, Fire Licence, Traffic NOC etc is preferred. 11.
