Administer all housekeeping and all laundry facilities and ensure secure environment for all guests. Monitor and ensure response to all guest requests and maintain company standards in all work at all times. Administer efficient working of housekeeping department at all times and supervise all work and ensure compliance to all operational standards and organization regulations. Monitor all sub activities for departments and maintain records of all expenses and control all costs for department and recommend ways to increase efficiency. Design all housekeeping policies and procedures according to required standards and schedule all rotational duties for staff. Maintain safety and hygiene standards as per the company policies. Perform regular market surveys for all new products and suppliers and supervise all horticultural requirements. Manage and analyze all incoming supplies and ensure compliance to all specifications and prepare all reports to be presented to management. Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks. Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis Checking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness. Schedule shifts, roster and arrange for replacements in cases of absence. To cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system. To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities. To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements 5 -8 years of proven experience in Housekeeping Department. Graduate/Post -graduate from any recognized board/university. Able to be administratively self -sufficient. Able to work in fast paced environment effectively. Good Communication skills, effective problem -solving skills, Reliable, Responsible, Enthusiastic, Pleasing personality Smart & tidy in appearance Preference -Hotel/Hospitality/FMCG Industry or any other related/relevant Industry.
