Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the HR function at the Beerapalli plant, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, statutory compliance, talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations:

- Oversee end-to-end HR operations at the plant including onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.

- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.

- Manage time office functions, attendance, and leave management.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to fulfill manpower requirements.

- Coordinate with recruitment agencies, conduct interviews, and ensure timely placement of personnel.

- Develop campus and local hiring strategies as per business needs.

3. Statutory Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances under Labour Laws (ESI, PF, Gratuity, Factories Act, etc.).

- Handle audits and inspections from government authorities.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Maintain harmonious industrial relations and proactively address employee grievances.

- Conduct employee engagement activities and drive initiatives to improve morale and retention.

- Liaise with union representatives (if applicable) and facilitate negotiations.

5. Training & Development:

- Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.

- Organize and coordinate training programs for skill upgradation, soft skills, and statutory requirements.

6. Performance Management:

- Drive the performance appraisal process and support line managers in implementation.

- Identify high potential employees and support succession planning initiatives.

7. HR Policy Implementation:

- Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Regularly review and propose improvements in HR policies.

8. General Administration:

- Manage administrative activities at the plant such as transport, canteen, guest house, security, and housekeeping.
