Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter for a role based in Anantapur. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to ensuring successful onboarding. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting the best talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Build a talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay informed on industry hiring trends and innovative recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
