**Responsibilities**
- Conduct initial outreach calls in English and Telugu.
- Keep ATS database updated.
- Post job ads across online platforms.
- Assist recruitment managers with admin tasks.
- Participate in training sessions to sharpen recruitment skills.

**Qualifications**
- 0-2 years in recruitment, HR, or related areas (freshers welcome).
- Communication fluency in English and Telugu.
- Organized, adaptable, and proactive.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, job portals).
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
