The Opportunity: Your Role
As a Inside Sales Specialist at Swipe, you will be the voice of our company. You are the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for demonstrating the value of our product and driving our growth engine. You will be instrumental in converting leads into loyal users, managing the entire initial customer journey from first call to successful onboarding.
What You Will Do: Your Day-to-Day
Become a Product Expert: Master the Swipe platform and conduct engaging, tailored online product demos via Google Meet/Zoom that clearly address customer needs and solve their problems.
Drive Lead Conversion: Initiate calls to inbound leads, build rapport, and implement strategic follow-up procedures to nurture them from initial interest to active customers.
Ensure Customer Success: Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, guaranteeing a smooth and positive transition from the sales process to active product use.
Maintain a Pulse on Sales: Keep meticulous records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback within our CRM system to ensure data accuracy and inform strategy.
Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as a bridge between our customers and our product team. Report customer feedback, suggestions, and market insights to help us continuously improve and innovate.
Inform Marketing Strategy: Provide valuable insights into customer preferences and market trends that will help shape effective marketing campaigns.
What We're Looking For: The Ideal Candidate
Experience: You have prior experience (internship or full-time) in a sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
Exceptional Communicator: You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to clearly and effectively demonstrate products to potential customers.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: You are a natural relationship-builder, capable of managing interactions with empathy and professionalism.
Goal-Oriented: You are driven by targets and motivated by the challenge of converting leads into successful customers.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software and platforms like CRMs and online meeting tools.
*Mandatory Language Requirement*
To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in English , Hindi AND at least one of the following regional languages:
•Tamil
• Malayalam
•Marathi
• Kannada
This is essential for effectively communicating with our diverse customer base across India.
