Job description

We are looking for Customer Support Advisors that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidates will be able to accept ownership for efficiently sending quotations to clients, following-up with them, communicating with company team members in Australia, UK, Singapore and NZ. You should possess excellent communication skills and be a self-motivated individual who has the appetite and hunger to grow, by delivering excellent results.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interacting with our team members in Australia, UK, Singapore etc and with our customers over the phone, by email, or by chat to provide information and services
  • Proactive management of Email enquiries and chat requests
  • Ability to understand our products and client requirements.
  • Answering customer inquiries and complaints
  • Handling customer issues and conflicts
  • Escalating issues to the appropriate team
  • Good understanding of Customer Support Business
  • Be an excellent office administrator and a high-level customer support manager.
  • Be an excellent multi-taker and have the ability to perform roles in various different departments as and when required.

Candidate profile

- Excellent communication and self-discipline skills

- 3 opening for Australian hours (5:30AM to 2:30PM IST)

  • 3 opening for UK & CANADA hours (1:30PM to 10:30PM IST)
