Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a crucial role in driving Zuvy's regional expansion by identifying business opportunities, onboarding local vendors, and maintaining strong partnerships. This role demands excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of local markets, and the ability to lead and coordinate effectively within a team — all while operating in a flexible work-from-home environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard local retailers, kirana stores, wholesalers, and vendors across assigned territories.
  • Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with local partners and market stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute regional business development plans to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Coordinate with team members and assist the Regional Manager in implementing local strategies.
  • Conduct regular virtual and on-ground visits to ensure smooth vendor operations and satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely reporting of performance metrics, vendor updates, and market insights.
  • Represent Zuvy as a trusted partner and brand ambassador in the local business community.
