About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Manager to lead our support and implementation team for HRMS and Payroll software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, hands-on experience in end-to-end software implementation, and the ability to manage client relationships and technical issues efficiently. This role is primarily remote, with client site visits required only when on-site support is essential. About the Company: The company was established in 2004. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of support executives and implementation specialists. ● Oversee the complete life cycle of HRMS/Payroll software implementation for clients — from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support. ● Serve as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. ● Handle technical support queries related to system functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting. ● Coordinate with internal development teams for issue resolution or product enhancements. ● Maintain detailed documentation of implementation plans, progress, issue logs, and resolutions. ● Ensure SLAs are met and client satisfaction remains high. ● Plan and conduct virtual training sessions for clients on product usage and best practices. ● Visit client locations only when necessary to resolve critical issues that cannot be managed remotely. ● Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project progress and support metrics. ● Drive continuous improvement in implementation processes and support delivery

Candidate Must Have: ● Minimum 7 years of experience in software implementation and technical support roles, preferably in HRMS/Payroll domains. ● Proven experience in leading and managing a technical support or implementation team. ● Strong understanding of HRMS/Payroll processes and software workflows. ● Excellent communication, client handling, and problem-solving skills. ● Proficiency in remote support tools and ticketing systems. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and client priorities simultaneously. ● Willingness to travel to client sites only when remote resolution is not feasible. Our Ideal Candidate: ● Should have a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field ● Should have expertise in HR software implementation work. ● Should have team management & bugs management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
