We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Field Sales Engineer
to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and order processing.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and services.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Sound technical knowledge in mechanical engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in selling industrial products, machinery, tools, or equipment.
- Prior exposure to B2B/industrial sales environments.
