Job Description: Sales Engineer (On-Field Role)

Position Overview
:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team. This field-based role involves visiting customers, building relationships, generating leads, and assisting customers in selecting the right products for their applications while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Lead Generation: Actively identify potential customers in industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Process Automation, and Chemicals.
  • Customer Engagement: Visit customers to understand their specific requirements related to instrumentation products like pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments.
  • Solution Offering: Propose suitable solutions from our product range, including brands like WIKA, Baumer, Dwyer, Masibus, Mascon and Tylok, to address customer needs.
  • Business Conversion: Convert potential leads into customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with customers to generate repeat business and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
