Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and driven Field Sales Engineer to join our MITA Division. If you thrive in a fast-paced technical sales environment and enjoy working closely with customers to deliver tailored solutions, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage customer relationships across key industries
  • Conduct product presentations and technical demos
  • Identify customer needs and propose customized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and ensure satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Electrical, Electronics, or E&C Engineering
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience
    , preferably in
    electronic components or semiconductor domain
  • Strong background in
    Sales Engineering
    ,
    Sales Management
    , and
    Account Management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Experience in
    Aerospace, Defense, or Telecom
    industries is a plus
