We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems and a passion for sales and customer interaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and order processing.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and services.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Sound technical knowledge in mechanical engineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.


Preferred Background:

  • Experience in selling industrial products, machinery, tools, or equipment.
  • Prior exposure to B2B/industrial sales environments.
