Electrical Project Head Key Skills

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, and commissioning of high and low voltage systems.

  • Time management with a focus on on-time delivery and quality assurance.
  • Experience in contract management, vendor negotiations, and compliance monitoring.
  • Ability to develop project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress.

  • Lead, mentor, and train junior engineers and technicians.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and client interactions.
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Effective reporting to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.

Software & Tools

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, or similar electrical design software.
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Ability to use ERP systems for resource tracking and procurement.
