Role & responsibilities

  1. Maintain day-to-day accounting records (receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, petty cash, etc.)

  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  3. maintain client/vendor accounts

  4. Follow-up on construction project / real estate sales

  5. Handle client enquiries and generate leads

  6. Ensure timely collection and follow-up of payments

  7. Coordinate regularly with the head office

  8. Visit head office on a regular basis

  9. Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations

Requirements:

  • Only Female candidate preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • 1-2 years of experience in a construction or real estate company
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and mobile (should have a scooty for head office visits)
