Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, showcasing vehicle features and benefits, and guiding them through the purchase process. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining positive customer relationships, meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate sales documentation, and staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends. The role also includes collaborating with the sales team and providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Ability to understand and explain complex product features and specifications
- Experience in the automotive industry or a sales-related role is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of finance options and automotive accessories
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
