Front Office Associate

- Guest Relations
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out as per hotel standards.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure prompt handling of guest complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Reservations & Administration
- Manage room reservations via phone, email, and online portals.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and guest preferences.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payments accurately.
- Prepare daily reports for occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments.
- Ensure smooth communication with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other service areas.
- Maintain effective communication channels with the Front Office Manager.
- Operations & Standards
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
- Follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to front office operations.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and security of information.
- Uphold grooming standards and maintain professional appearance.
- Customer Service Excellence
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized services.
- Handle VIP, group, and long-stay guest arrangements.
- Collect guest feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17, ₹25,000.00 per month
