Front Office Executive / Customer Care Associate

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Rotational (includes night shift) | 6 hours working

Salary: ₹4–6 LPA

About the Role

We're looking for a Front Office Executive / Customer Care Associate to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

This role is perfect for someone from a hospitality background who loves interacting with people, managing front desk operations, and creating a welcoming environment.

You'll handle patient registration, inquiries, and coordination with various departments — ensuring a smooth and professional experience for everyone who walks in.

Key Responsibilities


• Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors courteously


• Manage registrations, appointments, and billing coordination


• Handle calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently


• Coordinate with clinical and support teams to ensure seamless service


• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation


• Manage cash transactions and payment receipts where applicable


• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (preferably Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field)

1–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality

Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills

Presentable, patient-focused, and professional demeanor
