Role & responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, new markets, new products, new business with existing clients, acquisitions etc.) by carrying out market studies etc.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain strong and cordial relationship with potential clients.
  • Monitor and control expenses in relation to revenue generation on a monthly basis
  • Maintain all transaction records in freight and provide MIS Monthly basis.
  • Procurement of Rates from Shipping Line / Agents and Vendor
  • Continuous improvement in business on FCL / LCL / AIR / COURIER AND LMC
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success.
  • Achieve set revenue and volume targets for the financial year.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors Degree / Masters approved or equivalent Professional qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong selling, negotiating, and People skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
  • 2-4 yrs of experience in 3PL /Freight Forwarding Sales,
