Role Overview:
The
Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO & Founder
plays a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and strategic impact of the leadership office. This role demands a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented professional capable of managing multiple priorities, supporting high-level decision-making, and serving as a trusted extension of the CEO.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to leverage
AI tools
to boost productivity and streamline executive workflows.
MBA freshers with strong communication and analytical abilities are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for meetings and strategic reviews.
- Handle correspondence and documentation with utmost confidentiality.
- Draft, review, and edit emails, reports, and internal communications.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups on priorities.
Strategic & Operational Coordination
- Monitor organizational goals, KPIs, and project deliverables; prepare performance updates.
- Assist in creating board presentations, investor updates, and executive dashboards.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across departments.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication and information flow within the organization.
- Represent the CEO's office with professionalism, discretion, and business maturity.
AI & Process Optimization
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot) to improve efficiency in communication, scheduling, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve decision-making with AI insights.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend relevant implementations.
Special Projects
- Support the CEO on strategic initiatives and company-wide programs.
- Assist in business planning, performance tracking, and internal communications.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA
from a reputed institution (freshers are welcome to apply). - Exceptional
written and verbal communication
skills. - Strong
analytical, organizational, and time management
abilities. - High integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in
MS Office, Google Workspace
, and collaboration tools (Notion, Slack, Asana, etc.). - Working knowledge of
AI tools
and automation platforms for workflow optimization.

- Experience or internship exposure in
technology, SaaS, or consulting
environments. - Ability to manage ambiguity and perform in a
