We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office functionality and providing professional support to staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems—both digital and physical
- Order and manage office supplies and vendor relationships
- Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions
- Handle confidential documents with discretion
- Support event planning and internal communications
- Liaise with senior staff to manage administrative requests
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)preferred Attributes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹24,673.15 per month
