Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure that Hygiene is maintained at all plant sites. This would involve getting things done through third party vendors.
  • To handle / address / manage all administration related day to day tasks and activities without any lag. This would cover addressing ad hoc requests and handling areas which are critical and require prioritized attention.
  • To handle / manage Guest house/ Expat apartments/Vehicle management services /activities / interventions at all locations, monitor their services regularly, and provide timely feedback for enhancing service standards.
  • Responsible for administering the arrangements of any cultural / engagement / festive events / corporate functions at the plant and ensuring that proceedings are managed smoothly. This would involve evaluating various vendors and getting the arrangements done as per the requirement.
  • Will be responsible for undertaking all the administrative activities within the allocated budget and at optimum cost.
  • Will be responsible for PR, PO , SO, AMCs.
