Job Title: Security Supervisor

Reports To: Admin Manager / Plant Head

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all security operations of the plant/office, ensuring safety of employees, materials, and company property. The role includes monitoring guards, coordinating with external security agencies, handling incidents, and ensuring compliance with company security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of security guards and staff at plant/office premises.
• Monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Ensure safety of raw materials, finished goods, and company assets.
• Conduct regular security checks, night rounds, and surveillance monitoring (CCTV).
• Handle emergency situations such as fire, accidents, theft, or labor unrest.
• Prepare security reports, incident logs, and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with local police, fire, and government authorities when required.
• Train and guide security personnel in discipline, behavior, and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and statutory guidelines.
• Assist HR/Admin in enforcing plant discipline, crowd control, and gate management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of security protocols, fire safety, and emergency handling.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain discipline and handle conflicts.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control systems, and security equipment.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate with Security background (preference to ex-servicemen/defense personnel).
• 2–3 years of experience in industrial security, preferably in manufacturing/lubricant/chemical sector.
• Knowledge of labor laws, safety protocols, and statutory compliance will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
