Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager -RT for a reputed FMCG MNC Company in the Bangalore  Location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising subordinates of sales executives, administrators, sales representatives and sales promotor ladies.
  • Visiting the customers such as retailers, hotels and institutions.
  • Making good communication and negotiation with these customers.
  • Developing customers in the designated area.
  • Getting and placing an order (Get a PO from the organized retailers).
  • Collecting the payments.
  • Doing a proper merchandising work at stores.
  • Placing and maintaining a visi cooler provided by Yakult.
  • Supervising the sales promotors to motivate them and increase the sales.
  • Forecasting the sale volume and achieving the sales target.
  • Making a daily sales report and keeping a log to report the sales manager.
  • Working cooperatively with and supporting a designated sales representative.
  • Analyzing of Sales performance and solving the problems.
  • Also, sales executive is required to do the following jobs if necessary.
  • Loading and unloading the products.
  • Caring the chilled van.
  • Delivering the stock to the customers by the chilled van.
  • Good communication skills are required to develop and maintain the market and his bosses.
  • Handle sales cash as well as petty cash.

Work Experience: 3 to 4 years sales experience (FMCG is preferable & Team Handling Experience).

Age: Up to 35 Years

Candidates Profile:

  • 2-wheeler license is necessary and 4-wheeler license is most favorable.
  • Should have good communication skills, comfortable to work with team, punctual, polite to others, responsible and sincere towards his/her job.
  • PC skill like MS Excel & Power point.
  • Local candidate.
  • Languages known: English, Hindi & Local Language.
  • Excellent negotiation skill is must.
  • Male candidate with pleasant personality, good communication skills, and computer knowledge and local market knowledge.
