Role Summary

We're looking for a Twitter-native community + growth hacker who lives on CT (Crypto Twitter), breathes gaming + Web3, and knows how to make a Twitter handle explode post an AMA, launch, or partnership.

You'll run our entire Twitter/X channel end-to-end – from content → growth → AMAs → engagement loops → follower KPIs → analytics – everything. You'll work closely with founders, gaming creators, and web3 ecosystems to make STAN the loudest gamer voice in Web3.


Responsibilities

Content & Engagement

Run daily Twitter content: memes, insights, gameplay quotes, opinion tweets, viral polls, trending formats, etc.

Thread specialist: Convert in-house insights, AMA recaps, new features, and news into punchy threads.

Build and maintain a "follow-up flywheel" post tweets, AMAs, events: replying from brand handle, spotlighting questions, pinning responses, creating conversations that last for days.

Quote tweet and interact with major ecosystem accounts (partners, founders, chains, creators, VCs).

Community & Growth

Organize and host AMAs with creators, partners, and founders. Prep the threads, manage the session, and do engaging follow-ups after.

Grow the Twitter follower base 5x-10x using real Web3-native tactics: contests, co-tweets, reply bombs, collabs, quote RT loops.

Actively engage with and retweet partner announcements (Layer 1s, publishers, DAOs, game studios, infra tools).

Use growth hacks like: "tag-to-win," mirror threads, account raids, retweet pods, Web3 meme formats.

Analytics & Strategy

Track KPIs: followers, impressions, reply rate, engagement %, quote RTs, top tweets, conversion to Discord/Telegram.

Run regular experiments: image vs text only, polls, quote RT strategies, time-based posting, CT thread series.

Share learnings weekly with founders: what's working, what's dying, what needs doubling down.


Who You Are

You've grown or managed a crypto/web3/gaming handle to 10K–100K+ followers. Even better if it's your personal handle.

You live on Twitter. You instinctively know when to drop a "gm," when to dunk on a hot take, and when to ride a meme wave.

You understand Web3 lingo, degens, token launches, NFT drops, and you love the gaming + crypto crossover.

You have a content brain + growth brain – not just "what to post" but "how will it 10x reach."

You're comfortable running AMAs, hosting spaces, and engaging with KOLs, VCs, devs, gamers, and trolls alike.

Tools you love: Tweet Hunter / Typefully / Notion / Canva / Zapier / Google Sheets / Dune / Mirror.


Bonus Points If…

You've hosted or trended a Twitter Space.

You've worked with a Layer 1 / NFT game / GameFi DAO / infra partner (e.g., Aptos, Avalanche, ZK, Polygon, etc.)

You know how to translate a PR announcement into a banger meme.
