Over the years, we have served over 500+ clients with luxurious gift hampers that were given to family, friends and corporates. We take pride in curating exclusive and premium gift hampers, and nothing gives us more joy than simplifying the process of sending gifts. 

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will be able to oversee our brands' interaction on various social media platforms. Their responsibilities will include examining engagement data, recognizing patterns in customer interactions, and implementing digital strategies to foster and build an organic online community.

Key responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy

: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals. Set objectives, identify target audiences, and plan campaigns accordingly.

2. Content Creation:

Create engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms.

3. Content Scheduling:

Plan and schedule consistent and timely social media posts.

4. Community Management

: Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

5. Trend Analysis

: Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing.

6. Social Media Advertising:

Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results.

7. Collaborations and Partnerships:

Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and other brands to expand the social media reach and enhance the organization's online presence.

8. Brand Monitoring:

Monitor online mentions and discussions related to the brand. Address negative feedback and manage the organization's online reputation.
