Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Manager, located on-site in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, creating and optimizing content for various social platforms, and maintaining active communication with our audience. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, crafting content strategies, conducting social media optimization (SMO), and engaging with followers to foster a strong online community.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with an online audience
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all company social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media.

  2. Identify and connect with influencers for collaborations and schedule meetings or campaigns.

  3. Plan, create, and run paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google platforms to enhance reach and engagement.

  4. Lead and guide the social media team to ensure consistent branding and performance.

  5. Analyze social media metrics, prepare performance reports, and suggest strategies for improvement.

  6. Stay updated with current social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive engagement and growth.
