Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media content across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing content strategies, monitoring social media channels, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Content Strategy and Writing skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in analyzing social media performance metrics
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
  • Experience within the construction industry is beneficial
  • Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms
