Area Sales Manager

Job SummaryWe are looking for results-driven Area Sales Managers to expand our uPVC profile sales across Delhi, Guwahati and Chandigarh. The ideal candidates must have 2-7 years of experience in B2B sales of uPVC profiles, with strong market knowledge in uPVC profiles, fabricator/dealer connections, and a proven record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of uPVC profiles in the assigned region.
- Identify, develop, and onboard fabricators, dealers, and channel partners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing fabricator clients, and bring in new fabricator clients to boost sales
- Conduct regular market visits, follow up on leads, and convert them into business.
- Coordinate with operations/logistics for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to recommend effective sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and client records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-7 years of hands-on uPVC profile sales or relevant building materials experience.
- Deep understanding of uPVC profiles, fabrication processes, and dealer/channel sales.
- Strong network of fabricators, manufacturers, and dealers in the local market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
- 2-7 years of hands-on uPVC profile sales or relevant building materials experience.
