Sales & Marketing Head

1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly & annual targets.
- Identify new B2B customers in automotive, engineering, machinery & forging component sectors.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Conduct regular customer visits for enquiry generation, technical discussions & order closure.
- Expand business in domestic and international markets (Export sales knowledge preferred).
2. Marketing & Strategy
- Prepare market analysis, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Create business growth plans, sales forecasts, and product positioning strategies.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, technical fairs, and networking events.
3. Technical & Product Knowledge
- Strong understanding of forging components, CNC/VMC machining, die manufacturing, tolerances, machining processes & engineering drawings.
- Provide technical support during customer meetings and RFQ discussions.
- Coordinate with the production and design team to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
4. Team Management
- Lead and manage a sales & marketing team.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.
- Provide sales training, mentoring & strategic guidance to the team.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, and key industry clients.
- Ensure timely communication, negotiation, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.
6. Export Marketing (Preferred)
- Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, logistics & international pricing.
- Develop new customers in foreign markets and manage international enquiries.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100, ₹300,000.00 per month
