5 Kg to 2500 Kg per piece

largest suppliers of precision castings and machined components in India
.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Business Strategy
- Develop and execute domestic and international sales strategies for business growth.
- Drive new business development across Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Pumps Valves, Machine Tools, and Power Transmission sectors.
- Identify new markets, channels, and customer segments to expand global presence.
Global Business Development
- Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and global distributors .
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry forums .
- Negotiate large-scale contracts and long-term agreements with global clients.
Revenue PL Ownership
- Take full ownership of sales revenue, profitability, and market share growth .
- Monitor pricing, margins, and cost competitiveness in domestic international markets.
- Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and strategic market insights to leadership.
Leadership Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and scale a domestic export sales team , driving high performance.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and RD for seamless execution.
- Establish a robust sales governance framework with KPIs and performance metrics .
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: MBA / B.E. Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production (preferred).
- Experience: 1015 years in Sales Leadership roles within Foundry, Forging, Auto Components, or Heavy Engineering industries .
- Strong network with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and global buyers .
- Proven track record of scaling revenues and expanding into global markets .
- Excellent strategic vision, negotiation, and leadership skills .
- Willingness to travel extensively (domestic international).
