**About Us**:
Jolly Agri Exim is a specialized exporter of cotton yarn, dedicated to delivering high-quality yarn products to international markets. We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious fresh MBA graduate to join our team as Export Sales & Marketing Manager to help expand our global presence in the têxtile industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our cotton yarn products in international markets Build and maintain relationships with têxtile manufacturers, fabric mills, and trading houses globally Monitor global cotton yarn market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities Coordinate with spinning mills and quality control teams to ensure product specifications meet client requirements Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with international buyers Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with têxtile industry standards Prepare market intelligence reports on global yarn market trends Manage sample development and dispatch to potential clients

**Required Qualifications**:

- MBA in International Business from a recognized university (Fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong academic background with relevant internships or project work in international trade
- Basic understanding of yarn specifications, counts, and quality parameters
- Interest in global têxtile markets and cotton yarn trade
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous

**Desired Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of yarn manufacturing processes
- Understanding of yarn testing methods and quality standards
- Familiarity with têxtile industry certifications
- Knowledge of international banking procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
