Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Puducherry. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to expand the company's client base and market presence. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing strategic business plans, conducting market research, analyzing competitive trends, and negotiating contracts. The individual will also collaborate with internal departments to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Competitive Analysis
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage projects effectively
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and international market dynamics is highly desirable
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
