Business Analyst – Job Description (2+ Years)

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document 
    business requirements
  • Prepare 
    BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows
  • Work closely with 
    product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into 
    technical requirements
  • Support 
    UAT, defect triage, and release validation
  • Analyze data and prepare 
    reports, dashboards, and insights
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • 2+ years of experience as a 
    Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of 
    SDLC / Agile / Scrum
  • Experience with 
    requirement gathering techniques
     (interviews, workshops, JAD)
  • Documentation: 
    BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories
  • Tools: 
    JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of 
    APIs, databases, and system flows
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Good to Have (Preferred)

  • Experience in 
    Gaming / iGaming / FinTech / Payments / SaaS
  • Knowledge of 
    SQL
     (basic queries)
  • Exposure to 
    data analytics/dashboards
  • Experience with 
    UAT & production support
  • Understanding of 
    compliance & regulatory workflows
