Job Description

Position Title: Corporate Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing / Business Development

Reporting To: Branch/Cluster/Regional Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives on Lead Generation and Conversion

Location: Pune

Role Objective

The position is responsible for developing and managing corporate marketing initiatives by engaging with Corporates and PSUs to conduct seminars, webinars, and worksite activities. The objective is to promote the concept of financial well-being, generate qualified corporate and individual leads, and support the sales team in achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and engage with Corporates, PSUs, and Institutions to organize employee engagement activities such as seminars, webinars, and worksites.

  2. Plan and execute marketing activities aligned with the company's financial wellness and education planning objectives.

  3. Generate high-quality corporate and individual leads and ensure timely sharing with the sales team for business conversion.

  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for designing activity content, communication materials, and event logistics.

  5. Maintain records and MIS of activities, leads generated, and conversions for management review.

  6. Build and nurture long-term relationships with HR heads, decision-makers, and corporate influencers.

  7. Represent the organization professionally in all corporate and public forums to enhance brand visibility.

  8. Support in developing regional corporate marketing strategies and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of corporate/PSU activities conducted (seminars/webinars/worksites)

Volume and quality of leads generated

Conversion ratio of leads to business

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2–6 years of relevant experience in corporate marketing, business development, or institutional relationship management (preferably in BFSI, education, or wellness sectors).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong corporate networking ability and comfort in engaging with senior management professionals.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and open to extensive travel within assigned territory.
