bout the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations. The role will focus on day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and supporting HR initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee onboarding and exit process smoothly.
  • Handle recruitment activities – sourcing, screening, coordination with hiring managers.
  • Maintain HR documentation such as contracts, personal files, and HRIS data.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support employee engagement programs, celebrations, and surveys.
  • Address routine employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management cycle and training coordination.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards for management review.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / MBA in HR preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
  • Understanding of labour laws, payroll basics, and HR compliance.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, or ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
