We’re building the digital infrastructure for private healthcare in the UK and beyond — and we need a sharp, proactive HR Executive to help us scale our India operations.🔥 Why This Role?This is a hands-on, high-visibility HR role working directly with Script Assist top management (including Love Chauhan). You’ll help run recruitment, HR ops, payroll support, and team coordination for our India-based staff — all while contributing to a fast-moving, global SaaS platform.✅ Key Responsibilities📄 Contracts & DocumentationDraft and manage employment contractsMaintain organised records for onboarding/offboarding and asset handovers🧑💼 Recruitment & Interview CoordinationPost job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviewsSchedule final rounds directly with senior leadershipHandle offer letters, follow-ups, and joining formalities🕒 Attendance, Monitoring & Payroll InputsTrack team working hours, log leaves, and maintain weekly productivity reportsPrepare payroll inputs (leaves, deductions, etc.) for monthly processing💬 Employee Engagement & HR OperationsBe the first point of contact for HR-related questions or issuesSupport performance reviews and help drive employee morale and engagement🗂 Admin Support (as needed)Manage basic HR-related admin (e.G. onboarding kits, vendor coordination)🎓 What We’re Looking For1.5–2.5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a startup, SaaS, or IT settingBachelor’s in HR, BBA, or a related fieldExcellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and EnglishStrong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skillsExperience using Google Workspace or MS OfficeReliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable reporting to top management📍 You Must Be:Located in or near Ahmedabad (Ghatlodia or Gandhinagar preferred)Willing and able to work from the office 2–3 days per weekReady to take ownership and move fast in a fast-paced environmentAvailable to join immediately or within 15 days🤝 What We OfferThe chance to work directly with the leadership of a global digital health companyFull ownership of end-to-end HR execution for the India teamA high-trust, high-growth work culture with zero micromanagementReal career growth opportunities as the team scales
