Job Title – HR Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

We are looking for an HR Executive who is passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. If you are energetic, people-oriented, and enjoy building a positive workplace culture, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing: -

· Assist in sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews for IT roles.

· Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

· Post job openings across portals & support employee referral initiatives.

· Help in planning & executing employee engagement activities & events.

· Support onboarding formalities & maintain exit documentation.

· Assist in attendance tracking, leave management & payroll support.

· Maintain employee records & update HRMIS data.

· Provide support in HR policy execution & compliance tasks.

What You Bring to the Table: -

· 1 - 2 years of HR experience (preferably in IT services).

· Basic understanding of IT recruitment processes and HR practices.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

· Smart, energetic, and extroverted personality to engage with teams.

· Knowledge of attendance systems and payroll is an added advantage.
