Job Summary

We are hiring an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The role also involves maintaining employee records, supporting HR operations, and assisting in employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring requirements & create job postings.
  • Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn & referrals.
  • Screen resumes & conduct telephonic/initial interviews.
  • Schedule & coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process till onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate database & recruitment reports.

  • Strong experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
  • Ability to screen resumes and shortlist candidates effectively.
  • Skilled in coordinating interviews and managing the onboarding process.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and teams.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Freshers with0–1 years of experiencein HR.
  • Basic Knowledge of HR Process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
