MAKE AN IMPACT

Strategy*

  • Contribute insights on change impact and readiness to ensure initiatives are prioritised and sequenced effectively.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in change management to apply fit-for-purpose approaches.

Business*

  • Partner with Programme Lead and delivery teams to develop, integrate and execute change management activities.
  • Build strong relationship with stakeholders to ensure their needs and feedback shape the change journey.
  • Support the measurement of change effectiveness through adoption metrics and business outcomes.

Processes*

  • Adopted structured methodologies and tools to manage the change lifecycle (eg. ADKAR, Prosci)

People & Talent*

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and feedback forums to build change readiness.

Risk Management*

  • Identify potential risks to change adoption and develop mitigation plans.
  • Monitor stakeholder sentiment and escalate issues that may impede delivery success.

Governance*

  • Speak up and proactively flag gaps and deviations to the key principles, Change Delivery Standards and Change Delivery Model as a Product Delivery Organization, and steer execution of improvement plans to address them.
