Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Cluster Lead for Change Management to join our APAC Total Workplace dynamic team. Change Management Cluster Lead, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients transform their workplaces to meet the demands of the modern workforce. You will lead and deliver change management projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and guide them through successful implementation.
Job Description
About the role:
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead client engagements, collaborating closely to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Identify opportunities for expanding and deepening client partnerships.
Strategic Leadership
- Mentor and coach Variable Change Managers, Guest Relations Host, Community Hosts, Site Leads and the larger Workplace Experience team, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
- Contribute to the development of the company's change management vision.
- Lead the design and execution of innovative and customized solutions for clients.
- Work with Change Management Lead to explore new white space opportunities and develop new products
- Provide thought leadership by staying abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices.
Team Development
- Variable Change Managers, Guest Relations Host, Community Hosts, Site Leads and the larger Workplace Experience team, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
- Be proactive in managing direct reports' workplan, career planning.
- Foster a culture of feedback, continuous learning and professional growth.
Project Oversight
- Oversee multiple complex change management projects simultaneously.
- Assess and ascertain the need for Variable Change support and lead the procurement process for onboarding.
- Manage project teams, ensuring the successful execution of deliverables on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and quality, and take proactive measures to address issues.
Be an advocator of Global Total Workplace thought leadership & tools
- Consistently stay in touch with the new trends / concept developed by the Global Total Workplace Thought Leadership to ensure consistent messages and narrative is delivered to all clients.
Change Management
- Lead and execute independently on change initiatives, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.
- Create change management plans that facilitate smooth transitions to new workplace environments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts.
- Is comfortable with the technical aspects of the project while maintaining focus on the "people" side of change.
- Develop Change impact analysis / Change readiness assessment.
- Develop Risk Assessment / Mitigation plan.
- Gather feedback and develop change effectiveness evaluation system to further refine change program.
- Manage the creation and delivery of playbook on how initiatives / campaigns can be communicated and deployed.
- Identify what is global standard and flexibility that regional / local team can adopt.
- Identify work styles, employee and space barriers to productivity and overall attitude towards change and lead solutioning to sustain the change.
Additional
- Ability to travel regionally for site visits, meetings, and events as needed.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master degree preferred
- 7-15 years of experience in workplace strategy, change management, design or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading successful workplace transformation projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of workplace technology and trends, including flexible work arrangements, sustainability, and wellness initiatives.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
